    Start program

    Contact and understand the needs, training orientation, customer expectations. Conduct analysis, evaluation and advice to establish training goals, and train general programs

  • Step 2
    Training needs survey

    Survey on the current learners’ status at enterprises to build appropriate, effective content, knowledge and training methods

  • Step 3
    Training planning

    Based on analysis results, NTE gives consultancy and agree with customers about training plan and implement the training quiclky, effectively and in accordance with the training process.

  • Step 4
    Training program design

    NTE experts will design training program, compose training materials with appropriate content to ensure the best in terms of efficiency for customer.

  • Step 5
    Organize training

    Logistics preparation, training syllabus and methods design, and the implementation. Track, manage and update learners' feedback, adjust in time to ensure training quality and efficiency

  • Step 6
    Final report & recommendations

    At the end of the training, NTE will provide a summary report for the customer. The two sides will sit down to learn from the experience for the next training.
